Episode 72 The Long Run
This week is all about the long run! For many people who are training for marathons the long run is key, but we talk about why this is, the different types of long run, how long you should go and the benefits. We also chat about why the long run can be useful all year round and things to watch out for when running long every week. Let us know what you think and any experiences you want to share with listeners.
We have strava group you can join - click here; https://www.strava.com/clubs/1414138/members
